World Duchenne Awareness Day

7th September is the 3rd annual World Duchenne Awareness Day#WDAD16. The date was chosen because there are 79 exons in the dystrophin gene responsible.

Approx 40 iconic landmarks in all states and regions of Australia will be “lit up red” to support affected persons globally.
