Information and Referral Service

Who can get help?

The Information and Referral Service is available to anyone affected by a neuromuscular condition living in NSW.

This is a client-centred service funded by NSW Government, which works alongside individuals, families, carers and service providers to identify personal goals and provides support for those goals to be achieved.

How do we help?

We provide information and help connect you to services and providers in the community. We can make referrals to specific service providers that can assist with your current needs.

We also provide information about services and programs available through Muscular Dystrophy NSW.

If you would like to know more about this service or would like to access it, contact the Client Services team on 02 9888 5711.
