Muscular Dystrophy NSW is committed to providing high quality services. We welcome feedback from the people who use our services, and their families, and we will respond to all enquiries and concerns raised as quickly as possible.
We encourage our clients and their families to speak up if they have a complaint or concern about the organisation or service they receive. We will support you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also welcome positive feedback, as it helps us to know what we are doing well. You can choose to remain anonymous if you wish. We will still follow through with your feedback to the best of our ability with the information provided.
