You can help people living with Muscular Dystrophy and their families build strength and reach potential.

There are many ways for you to get involved and contribute to empowering, connecting and supporting children, teens and adults whose lives are impacted by muscular dystrophy.

Whatever you can do – big or small, once or regularly – will be truly valued and appreciated.

Make a Donation

Your generosity will help us support children and adults to receive the benefits of advances in medical care, assistive and life-supporting equipment, professional support services, opportunities for life-enhancing activities and social networks, support and respite for families and carers. All donations over $2 to Muscular Dystrophy NSW are tax deductible.

Big Red Roll and Stroll Community Event

On Sunday, 19th March 2023 celebrate and connect with our neuromuscular community, and challenge yourself to walk, run, roll or stroll the 3km loop at Parramatta Park and enjoy all the fun of the Event Village afterwards or participate virtually on a course of your choice if you can’t make it in person.
Register today and dedicate your BIG RED ROLL + STROLL to people who matter to you!

Partner with us

Muscular Dystrophy NSW seeks strong, enduring and mutually rewarding partnerships with corporate and philanthropic organisations who share our commitment to fostering and nurturing a community of support for the children, young people, adults and families whose lives are affected by neuromuscular disorders.

Fundraise with us

One way to contribute to our work and help raise funds and awareness about Muscular Dystrophy is to organise a fun social or sporting event.

We have plenty of tips and ideas available in our Fundraising Kit!

These funds enable Muscular Dystrophy NSW to continue to provide services to children, young people, adults and families whose lives are affected by a neuromuscular condition.

Sugar Free September

Sugar Free September is our annual fundraiser, and it’s a challenge – go sugar free for the month of September – are you willing to accept?
