For people aged 18–30 living with a neuromuscular condition, this retreat is all about independence, fun and connection. Participants gain life skills, build friendships and enjoy the freedom to shape their own experiences in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The retreats are something I look forward to every year. I've met lifelong friends and we have become a close-knit group. I think it's very important for young adults with neuromuscular conditions to have others we can relate to.
