A lot of planning and upfront cost goes into each MDNSW event to make sure our events are safe, fun and engaging for all participants.
Venue costs, accommodation, equipment hire, food and many hours of planning, training and preparation occur. MDNSW reserves the right to charge cancellation fees in the following instances:
Camps / Young Adult Retreats
Cancellation within 1 month of the event may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled cost, and cancellation within 2 weeks of the event may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled cost.
Please provide your MDNSW Client Services Coordinator with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to service commencement if you need to cancel your face-to-face appointment either at your home or offsite premises. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, a charge of 2 hours will be incurred. Except in cases of emergencies which are advised by you or your Support Coordinator, failure to notify us for face-to-face appointments may incur a full charge of the scheduled service including travel time incurred.
