An exclusive retreat for mothers caring for children with neuromuscular conditions. The program emphasises self-care and connection with other mums who understand your journey, offering a diverse range of activities, relaxation and rejuvenation.

Enjoy a relaxed, stress-free escape with activities like bushwalking, shared meals and movie nights – or simply take time for yourself. With a focus on connection and care, the Mums’ Retreat is your chance to slow down and be looked after for a change.
